Hey guys these are some Tools used for editing your ROM hacks! Please view the guides and tutorials section, go into staff guides, and click on WinRAR setup. You will need WinRAR for this, and if you don't know how to use it, visit the guide.
What you will need:
1. A computer / laptop obviously....
2. WinRAR
Instructions:
Click on the following link for the tool you want. Make sure you have WinRAR. Now wait on the page until your download starts. Save the file do not run it, once you have saved the file to your destination your done installing it, obviously.

My personal Favourite. Changeable map editing zooms. Useable tile editor and tile arranger. Also has the ability to insert new maps and change locations for overworld data.(e.g. point to new text or script). Ability to change wild pokemon data and lots more. You can change the entire design of all fields, caves, houses everything!

A really simple tool. Searches for text within your advance ROM and then allows you to edit it. Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald might be a bit tricky getting all the texts because you have to search for them unlike Fire Red and Leaf Green, they already have the texts there for you if you got a decent ROM. But not all FR and LG have them, you have to be lucky to get a good one

Helps view and edit tiles, sprites, and other images in your ROM. This is how you can insert your Splice, or other pokemon / trainers. You can re colour the sprites in it by saving them, editing on paint or which ever editer you want to use. Then importing them back into UnLZ. This is a very complex tool for adding in completely new Pokemon / Trainers, or adding new Pokemon over an old one. But hey, most of the programs can become very complex if you really need to do the expert things.
