Hey guys, The ROM Hacking feature is new to the site 
And well ROM hacking is well.... Hacking your Pokemon ROMS obviously. And there are heaps of tools out there for ROM hacking. In this board (Not this thread, but on the 'ROM Hacking' Board, you can post up your ROM Hacks, discuss ROM Hacks, and much more. I will be posting some downloads up on the Board soon.
Some main ROM hacking tools:
Advanced map - Edits the fields/design of all the towns, routes, forests etc. Also puts your scripts in.
Advanced text - Edits the text if all the people who speak. (Includes signs, Pokemon, etc.
Advanced starter - Changes the starter Pokemon when you pick the Pokemon at the LAB, and your rivals
Advanced trainer - Edits all the trainer data
UnLZ - Allows you to edit the Pokemon and and import your own Pokemon, it is much more complex then it seems, you need other files to actually do more into putting your own in.
Day&Night - Allows you to put a day and night system into your game, say you set it from 8:30 to 6:30, after it is 6:30 it will go dark like night time depending on the colour palettes you use
